How I lose weight without exercise X Yougrind

When it comes to healthy living, healthy foods and exercise regularly, obviously I failed in that area. I'm not a fan of vegetables, I always eat junk and fast foods, and so lazy to exercise. The more I get older, the more the fats I have due to a poor healthy lifestyle. I know you can relate to this loves, but I decided that its time to lose weight and discovered the easy way to lose weight. 






If you know me, I don't like to go to the gym I rather dance than run on a treadmill or push and pull some equipment. But even though there are dance exercise nowadays, I still don't have the time to go to plus most dance class here in Thailand, the coach is  Thai it is useless if I cannot understand what the coach is teaching about. And I don't run or jog, the huge reason is I get easily dizzy or have very short breathing. I think this is because of my very low red blood cells according to my last Health check-up. When it comes to diet, the only way to lose weight is to be a Vegan, but I'm a huge Carnivorous person. Of all the hindrance that I mentioned, there is no way that I can lose weight until I discovered the most effective for me, Intermittent Fasting or IF.





I found a photo of my co-workmate before and she mentioned in the caption that she lose weight even though she is still eating her favorite foods she didn't have any hard training or exercise. And it made me curious about what she did, and then I discovered from her the "IF". Intermittent fasting is not a diet routine its basically a fasting routine.

According to Healthline.com "intermittent fasting is an eating pattern where you cycle between periods of eating and fasting. It does not say anything about which foods to eat, but rather when you should eat them. There are several different intermittent fasting methods, all of which split the day or week into eating periods and fasting periods.






I tried the IF last September 2018, I weight 63 kg originally. At first, I honestly don't have a hard time, because most of the time I don't eat breakfast, my breakfast starts at 11 AM or 12 noon, don't get me wrong I love breakfast but I will start my eating routine around 11:00 AM. I choose the 8:16 IF, 8 hours of eating and 16 hrs. of not eating. I remembered for the first 3 weeks I already loose 1kg, that's how fast the IF works for me. I started to apply a short exercise, a fast walk for 1 hr. around our condominium every night 2X per week, the reason for this is not to lose weight, my reason is to get my muscles and bones to function. My work is always sitting and facing the computer, and I think this kind of lifestyle is not a good thing if I will not move my muscles once in a while. I think IF is not for everyone, my sister tried it and she really felt dizzy when she started IF, and I read some articles that IF is not for everyone, like those who are "pregnant, planning to get pregnant or breastfeeding; anyone with an eating disorder, a history of or predisposition to disordered eating; those with a BMI of below 18.5 or people who are underweight; anyone who has been diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes; those younger than 18 years of age and anyone with a medical condition or taking prescription medication should speak with their GP or healthcare professional before commencing a new diet, eating or exercise regime" --https://superfastdiet.com/is-intermittent-fasting-for-everyone/. 6 months later from September 2018 to at this moment, I lose 6 kg. My friends,  workmates and other acquaintances, really noticed that I suddenly lose weight.




By the way loves, when I have my night time walking exercise I love to wear leggings than loose jogging pants. The reason for this is that it's so lightweight, I can easily move and I feel that my muscles are in place. I found this cute and sexy Supreme legging from Yougrind. The design is honestly sexy and catchy, especially the design at the back it emphasizes my butt more. The fit is so perfect, not so fit and not so loose. It is so lightweight, soft and very stretchable, easy to move. The only downside is the color of the legging, in the picture, it looks so dark and the textile is a bit thick, but when I received the Supreme legging it's so thin but not the see-through kind, the color is a little bit off.  



And that's it loves my secret to lose weight and I can still eat my favorite foods and without trying hard in the Gym. Reminder loves, Intermittent fasting is not for everyone, but you can try first and if you feel something wrong then stop, it's better to be healthy and feel good than risking your health to get what you want.
