My updated Jewelry collection

Pattaya City, Bang Lamung District, Chon Buri 20150, Thailand

Ever since I was young, I've already been a jewelry type of girl. I remembered wearing different types of beaded jewelry, silver and dangling earrings. Imagine the Y2k fashion jewelry collection with bold beads, colorful acrylic rings and delightful daisies. I'm such a fan, but as time passed by and I grew older, my jewelry collection also changed. I am currently in love with gold necklaces, earrings, rings, and bracelets. However, I don't invest too much in real gold jewelry. I prefer gold-plated or those that don't rust or fade. The reason is that I'm a budget-type of woman. I started my gold jewelry collection way back in 2020. You may check out my Most Worn Jewelry Blog post HERE. And now I'm so happy to find another local brand that really has good quality jewelry, Meirie Accessories.

Meirie Accessories is a local Thai brand that delivers good quality pieces of jewelry from earrings, necklaces to bracelets. Their pieces of jewelry are made up of S925, G14k, G18k and Alloy. I'm not really an expert when it comes to jewelry so I did my research on what are these S925, G14k, G18k and Alloy.

  • S925: The s925 label indicates that the product is made up of 92.5 per cent sterling silver and 7.5 per cent alloy. Considering s925 sterling silver is more durable than pure silver, it has become the ideal metal for creating accessories due to its approved lustre and robustness.
  • G14k and G18k: Gold is symbolized by the letter K and is measured in karats. The karat weight of a metal alloy tells us how much gold is in it. 24K gold contains no alloys, making it completely pure.

24 karat = 100% gold

22 karat = 91.7% gold

18 karat = 75.0% gold

14 karat = 58.3% gold

12 karat = 50.0% gold

10 karat = 41.7% gold

  • Alloy: a metal created by mixing two or more metallic elements, usually to increase strength or corrosion resistance.

1.They are so affordable, the price is really worth buying, the price ranges from 39 THB - 350 THB.

2.Their designs are very classic and minimalist, you can wear them anytime, on any occasion and they will not go out of trend.

3.My most favorite part of Meirie Accessories is that their jewelry never fades or rust. I owned a few of them for a year now and they still shine so brightly like a new piece of gold accessories. I highly recommend Meirie Accessories if you are looking for Thai brand accessories.

4.Lastly, they respond to you very timely and they are so helpful with your order.

  1. Store your jewelry in a jewelry box, jewelry pouch or zip lock bag. When moisture and air come into contact with your jewelry over time, it tarnishes. It is safe to put it in a plastic bag and squeeze out all the air or place it in a jewelry box or pouch.
  2. Apply lotions, perfumes, or hairspray after removing your jewelry. When going swimming or to the sauna, avoid wearing silver jewelry. Keep your jewelry dry and away from your skincare.
  3. When gemstones are exposed to too much light, their color fades. So, avoid leaving it in direct sunlight.
  4. Wipe your jewelry with an anti-tarnish cloth before putting it away at the end of each day. This will ensure that any remaining moisture, oils, or particles are removed.
  5. It is not recommended to use toothpaste. That home remedy is excessively harsh and will eventually ruin your jewelry.
  6. Dishwashing soap and warm water are recommended. Mix a few drops of mild dish soap with warm water and rub the jewelry with a soft cloth if it's dull, filmy, or starting to tarnish. Rinse with cool water and dry with a soft cloth.

And that's it loves my updated Jewelry collection, it's okay to invest in real gold pieces of jewelry but if you feel like it's not really a priority or necessity try purchasing gold plated jewelry or brands that have a good reputation like Meirie Accessories.
