W Coffee Review

The only thing that I am addicted to and been part of my life and I can't function without it is coffee, like instant coffee or Mocha Coffee. Instant coffee and prepared coffee like Mocha has added sugar and high calories, and that's the reason why I always gain weight. I tried to control myself and stop it for a while when I started my Intermittent fasting. And my losing weight is really fast, but then when I got my desired weight, I go back to my addiction to coffee, now I can't stop it and I gain weight again. Good thing I discover this 0% sugar, 0% fat and 0% cholesterol, W coffee.


W coffee is 100% Arabica coffee, Weigh control coffee. It helps to reduce your appetite and stimulate cumulative fat burning. Balancing the excretory system which helps food digestion system to function properly. It also reduces accumulated fat in our body. It is manufactured by Wink White Pancea Thailand. The ingredients are:

Arabica Coffee

1 box of W coffee consists of 10 sachets, it is advisable to drink two times a day for best result, however, sometimes I only drink one. The reason for this is that I don't drink the W coffee aiming to lose weight, what I am after is 0% sugar, 0% fat, and 0% cholesterol. We all know that to lose weight the normal way is to have a healthy diet and exercise, there is no such thing as an overnight sexy just by drinking a coffee or taking a pill. It takes time, patience, effort, and consistency. So, what I think about W coffee base in my own experience.

I've been drinking W coffee for 1 month and a half now and I can say I see changes in my body inside. I honestly lose appetite, there is this one time that I don't feel hungry at all, I did not eat breakfast, lunch. I'm not planning to eat dinner as well but skipping a meal is not healthy, so I decided to eat dinner on that day. I don't feel dizziness, sometimes when I eat brunch so late like 2:00 PM or 3:00 PM I felt dizzy, I eat so late when I'm at home because I'm a lazy person. But, when I started to drink W coffee I don't feel dizzy when I eat so late. One major problem I have when I drink instant coffee or prepared coffee like Mocha after a few minutes I hurriedly go to the toilet to poop. I'm not sure if it's only me or you as well experiencing this way, a cup of coffee helps me to poop, because I have a hard time pooping the normal way. I'm not quite sure if there's a confirmed study explaining why coffee makes you poop, but according to Health.com " Kyle Staller, M.D., a gastroenterologist at Massachusetts General Hospital says that there’s just something about coffee as a whole that quickly stimulates receptors in your gastrointestinal system that causes your stomach and colon to contract." This situation really helps me with my pooping situation, however, it is so annoying when you are at work or outside, but with W coffee it didn't make me poop after a few minutes after drinking it. The W coffee smells so good, the taste is not heavy or the texture is not thick compared to other instant coffee.
